Delmarva Rush Financial Commitment, Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Participation in Delmarva Rush Soccer Club requires a financial commitment for the full seasonal registration amount. By accepting a roster position and registering, families commit to the full seasonal cost associated with participation.

Financial Commitment

Program fees are established on a per-player basis to cover the total cost of operating the team throughout the seasonal year, including league fees, tournament entry fees, coaching, field expenses, insurance, administrative costs, and club operations.

Once registered, players are committing to participate for the full seasonal year. Voluntary withdrawal from the Club does not remove the family’s financial responsibility for the remaining balance owed unless otherwise approved by Delmarva Rush in writing.

Refunds or fee reductions are not provided for:

  • Voluntary withdrawal from the Club
  • Injury or medical absence
  • Schedule conflicts or missed participation
  • Changes in team placement, coaching assignments, or playing time

Payment Expectations

All balances must be paid according to the selected payment plan or agreed-upon payment schedule. Families are responsible for maintaining valid payment information, including updating expired or declined credit/debit cards and ensuring payments are successfully processed.

Missed or failed payments due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or outdated payment information do not remove a family’s financial responsibility for the balance owed.

Past Due Accounts

Accounts that become past due, including failed or declined automatic payments, may result in one or more of the following actions until the account is brought current:

  • Suspension from practices, games, tournaments, and club activities
  • Removal from team rosters or registration platforms
  • Loss of eligibility for tournaments, league play, uniforms, or travel activities
  • Applicable late, declined payment, or administrative fees

Outstanding Balances

Delmarva Rush reserves the right to deny future registration to any family with unpaid balances from previous seasons.

If an account remains unpaid after reasonable collection efforts, the Club reserves the right to pursue collection of the outstanding balance, including allowable administrative costs, collection fees, attorney’s fees, and any legal remedies permitted under applicable law.

Financial Hardship

We understand financial hardships can arise. Families experiencing payment concerns are encouraged to contact the Club as early as possible. Payment arrangements or scholarship assistance may be considered at the sole discretion of Delmarva Rush.
