About the Camp:

Experience Spring Break with the Delmarva RUSH Soccer Club and Coach Jeremy Hurd once again. Get on the fields to enhance your conditioning, technical abilities, and more, all while enjoying the game.

• Age: 5-15

8:00-8:30 AM

• Morning group warm-up
• Technical skills- footwork
  

8:30-9:30 AM

• Break into groups for Activity of the Day
  Each day we will focus on a different skill. Dribbling, ball control, passing, receiving, settling, crossing or finishing

9:30-10:00 AM

• Shooting activities

10:00-10:45 AM

• Skills Challenges
• Small sided games

10:45-11:45 AM

• Full field scrimmages
  

11:45 AM-12:00 PM

Clean up, close out the day and get ready for pick up
